After expiration written on your gift card or if purchased on line ( which ever applies) an inactivity fee is automatically deducted from the gift card balance of $35-each month thereafter of inactivity an additional $5.00 per calendar month is deducted from the gift card balance. *When booking, you choose the date and time of choice & a team member(s) that is available will be populated to choose from. In the event that there are any unplanned changes to your Professional’s availability ( sickness/ emergency or change in schedule) you will be notified via the app. or telephoned to inform you that your Pro may have changed. You are able to manage your appt. at any time conveniently via the link provided or call us at 610-621-4070 if you prefer to cancel, reschedule or choose a specific professional. While Our goal is always to honor your original request, realistically speaking…things come up that are beyond our control & our priority will be to have you serviced for the date and time you requested with a Queendom team member, unless we hear from you that you only want a specific team member.
